Kim's mixed media drawings and paintings have been featured in numerous exhibitions, including AIM 24 at The Bronx Museum of the Arts, Dorsky Gallery and White Box in New York. Her residencies include those at the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts, the McColl Center and the Henry Street Settlement among others. Her work, shown across the globe, may also be found in the Deutsche Bank Art Collection. The artist was born in Seoul, Korea and currently lives and works in New York. She studied at Seoul National University and received her MFA from Virginia Commonwealth.
